Block P. O. Box Delivery

With the Block P.O. Box Delivery feature you can prevent customers from entering a P.O. Box as a shipping address. Shipments to P.O. Boxes can cost a business valuable time and money. For example, UPS shipments to P.O. Boxes can be delayed and are not covered by any UPS Service Guarantee – they also charge an address correction fee. Some merchants opt to call the customer to request an alternate address or even cancel the order if a street address can’t be supplied.
